Isaac's tooth

Isaac is getting his first tooth. It's hard to see right now, but I will take a picture as soon as it gets a little taller.

Lucas

Lucas has not been in preschool for a month. First we had the snow for a week and then we had winter break. He was supposed to be back this week, but the rain cancelled that. So, he is getting restless. I didn't realize how much school has had a positive impact on our home. He gets to play with other kids and comes home with a better attitude. I can't wait for next year because he will be in all day kindergarten. He will do so well in kindergarten. His Auntie Christie was having him count the other day and he can count from 1-10 and 20-40, but has a hard time with teens. I am going to work on this with him.

Isaac crawling

Isaac is now able to crawl and he is having a ball. I didn't realize that it was official until he decided that he wanted something and went for it. I picked him up and sat him next to his toys and he single-mindedly headed back for whatever he had his eye on. At that moment, I realized that I will now have to watch him like a hawk. In one week he has crawled, sat up and tried to pull himself up on the furniture. The hugely positive side of this is that he has gotten more independent and does not need to be held all day every day.

We are having growing pains with his sleep, but we are working on it. Tonight he did really awesome and I was very relieved. I just need to be consistent.

New Year

Okay, so I have decided to give blogging another try. I started this two months ago and I just dropped it, but I got my laptop back...which will make it easier. I am hoping to make this a record of Lucas and Isaac' accomplishments because I have never been good at journals. I will also share family news with you too.
